Event Request

Planning an event, meeting, program, or special service? Submit an Event Request Form to provide the necessary details for review, scheduling, and church-wide coordination.

Marketing Request

Need promotional support for an upcoming ministry event or announcement? Use the Marketing Request Form to request graphics, social media promotion, website updates, photography, video, or other communications support.

Please submit marketing requests with enough advance notice for the Communications Team to plan, create, review, and schedule materials.

Purchase & Reimbursement Form

Need to make a ministry-related purchase or request reimbursement for an approved expense? Complete the Purchase & Reimbursement Form with the required purchase information, receipts, and supporting documentation.

All purchases and reimbursements should follow IHOP Church's established approval and financial procedures.
